How can I book a box, platter or table?

You can book our boxes and platters through our online shop. Simply add items to your cart and we will take care of the rest. For our tables, we look to offer a fully personalised service, so for these, please get in touch with us using the booking form or alternatively contact us directly or by messaging us on our Instagram page ‘@stamfordgrazingco’. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your order or discuss further.

N.B Cut off times for weekend box delivery is Wednesdays at 6pm.

What are the payment terms?

Boxes and Platters:

  • Boxes require full payment at time of booking.


  • Tables require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure the booking. The rest of the balance is due 14 days before your booking. If you cancel within 14 days of the event you will get a 50% refund. If you cancel within the 7 days before your booking we will give you the option to re-arrange your booking date. Unfortunately no refund will be issued.

  • If in the unlikely event we cancel your booking you will be refunded 100%.

Can I change any of the items in my box or table?


  • If you would like to substitute anything from our other boxes, we will be happy to substitute to make sure your box is perfect! In order to request this, please contact us directly and we can arrange rather than going through our online checkout.


  • We will send you a list of items and work with you to understand exactly what items you want on your table. We want your grazing table to be perfect for your event!

What time will my box, platter or table be delivered?

Boxes and Platters:

  • Our deliveries are generally between 9am-1pm. For times outside of this, please specify at the point of checkout and we will do what we can to accommodate.


  • We will discuss a delivery time with you. We want to ensure we are flexible around the needs of you and your event. Our team also support you with setting everything up and ensuring your event catering is a success.

What days do you deliver?

Boxes and Platters:

  • We deliver boxes Friday evenings, Saturday’s and Sunday’s


We set up tables Friday evening and all day Saturday and Sunday.

N.B Cut off times for weekend box delivery is Wednesdays at 6pm.

If you would like a box or table delivering outside of the above then contact us and we will try and accommodate you!

How long does a table take to set up?

Depending on size and complexity around 1.5hrs - 3hrs. We work with you to factor this setup time in to ensure everything is presentable and ready before your event gets underway.

How long will my box, platter or table last?

Our boxes, platter and tables are always best eaten on the day of delivery.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes. We have boxes, platters and tables that are specifically vegetarian and vegan friendly. We can source gluten free alternatives too.

Can a theme be incorporated into my table?

Yes of course - we love a theme! All details of your requirements will be discussed with you during the consultation process after you have submitted your enquiry.

Do you provide tableware and cutlery?

Yes, for a small cost we can provide disposable, eco friendly bamboo plates, cutlery and napkins so you can enjoy your grazing table with none of the washing up!

Please ensure you add this to your basket before checkout for boxes and platters.

Do you travel outside of your delivery area?

Yes, for grazing tables we are happy to travel nationwide however we will add a fuel charge to your bill. This will be disclosed and discussed with you before any charges are incurred.
